Winner of the Urban Land Institute 2010 Development of Excellence Award.  The White Provision project features a mix of boutique retail, class A office, and restaurants in Atlanta’s historic meatpacking district.

Part of the White Provision Development, White Provision Residences is a 94 Condominium Unit building over one level of retail.

Perhaps the most unique feature of the Westside Provisions District is the Pedestrian Bridge that connects the White Provision Development to the Westside Urban Market.

1168 Howell Mill was built in 1940’s and was part of the operations for the original White Provision Company that started operations on the site in 1910.

Working closely to coordinate the Owner, Architect, Designer, and Contractor, Westbridge delivered the space for what was Atlanta Magazine’s 2009 Restaurant of the Year.

Fried & Bonder wanted their office buildout to stay true to the buildings industrial past, while feeling formal enough for a law firm.
