Westbridge Partners purchased an acre development site with The Meddin Co. at 1071 Howell Mill across the street from White Provision.

Westbridge Partners recently closed on the sale of 691 14th Street in West Midtown Atlanta to a venture with Greystar and PREI. The building will deliver 197 apartment units and 11,000 square feet of retail space on the corner of 14th Street and Howell Mill Road in summer 2013.
